There are numerous mature ornamental trees, an orchard, vegetable garden, ornamental pond and bog garden, and a number of garden rooms displaying lawns and different plantings with their seasonal variations. A tennis court, bocce court and croquet lawn are available for visitors to use, and the rose arbour is a great place for a shady summer's day BBQ. There's even a tree house for the kids!

By day, enjoy the familiar and surprising sounds of a wide variety of birdsong mixing with the sound of wind in the trees, not the din of traffic. The glory of birdsong - surely one of the reasons you joined the Gould League of Bird Lovers all those years ago? By night, listen to the frogs under a clear, starry sky unspoiled by light pollution of sky glow or smog.
